Mud pack

Dieter is still loving the mud that forms where the sump pump water shoots out into the yard. And while he's still not crazy about getting hosed off when he's tethered on the deck, he has decided the hose--and the cold, wet stuff that comes out of it--is really a lot of fun.

Maybe the mud feels good on his toes. "Ooh, it feels all squishy!" 

In any event, he managed to make a big mess of himself today. And tonight is class at Narnia, so we can't show up to school all schmutzig.Wash, wipe, rinse, repeat. The humans got pretty dirty, too.

Oh, and yesterday was Dieter's 6 month birthday. He got a yummy dog cookie. It looked like a zebra, but he says it tasted like peanut butter.
